OP OC: Chloe Megan

She is the cook for the Wing Pirates and can sing. Here's some info on her:
Name: Chloe Megan
Age: 16
Fruit Name: Weather Weather Fruit (Kishou Kishou No Mi)
Fruit Description: Allows the user to control wind. (Logia)
Specialty: She is an expert cook and she can also change the direction in which the shape is going, due to her wind abilities. She can also sing very well.
Personality: She has a shy personality but when she gets passionate about something, she can really let her emotions get the better of her. She has always wanted to to be alone before meeting the Wings because she was alone for so long that she accepted it as a part of her life forever. But now that she has nakama, she also has developed a strong sense of protection for them, as do the other members of her crew.
Dream: To discover Fantasy Island.
History: When she was a little girl, she had always dreamed of going to Fantasy Island, and island in the Grand Line where dreams become reality. Though other kids started to laugh at her because she thought she was acting silly, this traumatized her and caused her to become shy. The only people she could ever feel comfortable with were her parents. After she found her Devil Fruit at age 10, she was classified as a freak by the town and taken away from parent to be put into a mental institution. She then lived the next 6 years of her life alone, being called a freak. But when the Wing pirates heard about her, Miles thought that she sounded nice and automatically decided that she will be his nakama. More info will be revealed in the chapter

Other: She sometimes acts as a singer for when the crew have parties and start playing music.
